JUDY KELLEY
Born in Miami Florida, Judy Kelley is one of the few native Floridians you will meet in Florida.   She met her childhood sweetheart Phil in the 10th grade of school.  Recently celebrating their 42nd wedding anniversary, they have one son and three grandsons.  Judy and Phil Left South Florida and moved to Eustis in 1996 where they live with a West Highland Terrier named Max.

Judy began her working career in the banking industry.   In 1980, she left banking and started a new career in sales which she enjoys very much.   "My husband and I left the rat-race of South Florida to move to Eustis, and we love it!"

Judy is consistently among the top Realtors in Central Florida. She has won numerous awards including the Coldwell Banker President's Circle award, which is awarded to the top 7 percent of Coldwell Banker Sales Representatives.

PHIL KELLEY
Phil specializes in lakefront and lake access property.  Growing up in Florida, he developed an intense interest in bass fishing.   He fished his first professional bass tournament on Lake Okeechobee in 1969 an is still active in tournaments today.  He is a licensed Coast Guard Captain, an authority on Florida lakes and waterways and a source of valuable information to anyone interested in purchasing Florida lake or river property.
