Judy is a native Floridian and one of Coldwell Banker's most
successful Realtors. She is a member of the Coldwell
Banker President's Circle which is awarded to the top 7% of
Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She has won many Real Estate
sales awards and is consistently
among the most productive Realtors in Central Florida.
Phil is also a licensed Coast Guard Captain with over 45 years
experience on Florida waters and a public speaker and author.
As a lifelong Florida fisherman, Phil has intimate knowledge
of nearly every body of fresh water in the State. He is
especially knowledgeable on matters pertaining to the Harris
Chain and stays current on the many ongoing restoration
efforts.
Phil & Judy met in High School and married in 1965. They
have one son and three grandsons. The family worked together
for many years operating the family Computer Services
business, AMI Computer Services. In 2000, Phil Jr. purchased
the family business and currently operates it under the name
AMI Computer Technologies.

relocating from South Florida in 1996 and moved to Eustis.

They are both Elders of the First Presbyterian Church of
Eustis and active in church affairs.
